Thai Legal Export License
MOPH · ONCB · All Permits
We exist for one reason: patients deserve cannabis grown the way medicine deserves to be grown. Sourced from a curated network of TH-GACP-certified Thai farms, fully laboratory tested, Certificate of Origin verified — supplied to the licensed importers and distributors who put it in patients’ hands.
Six independently issued documents — every shipment, every lot, every market. Trust we extend to the importer, who extends it to the dispenser, who extends it to the patient. Each document is how we keep that chain intact.

CannaBless sources from a curated network of TH-GACP-certified Thai farms — a defined, vetted roster, not the open spot market. Cultivation methods range from aeroponic, substrate-free facilities to controlled field operations, and every batch is traceable to its specific origin farm with that farm’s own certification and Certificate of Analysis.
The network’s farms cultivate sativa-dominant, indica-dominant, and balanced hybrids — cultivar range selected for medical formulation, not consumer preference. Every lot ships with a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis, traceable to the farm that grew it, and the same question behind it: what would the patient at the end of this lot want from us?
Premium Thai dried flower in the standard 10 g tub format used by Australian distributors — kilogram-scale volume potential, GACP-certified, COA-tested, packaging-ready, and consistent across every shipment.

Because by the time a flower reaches a patient, every link of the chain matters more than any single one. Five steps, no shortcuts.

26 May 2026 · 4 MIN READThree 2026 datapoints validate the Asia-Pacific → EU / Asia-Pacific → Australia regulated-market pathway for internationally cultivated medical cannabis: NZ → Germany (RUA Bioscience), Colombia → Australia (Avicanna CBG, March 2026), and Thailand → Italy (CannaBless 700 kg, June 2026).
26 May 2026 · 3 MIN READWhy successful international cultivators selling into the EU rarely build their own EU-GMP facilities — they partner with European processing hubs that hold the regulatory burden. The Canify–MG Health public-record analogue, the cultivator-side documentation pack, and where CannaBless fits.

Two-licence structure (TGA + ODC), cultivator-side documentation expectations, Avicanna's March 2026 Colombia → Australia CBG precedent, and how the Thai documentation stack maps cleanly onto Australian import requirements.
Direct answers to the questions licensed importers and practitioners ask most often — beginning with the one that defines everything else. For specifics on your shipment volume, target market, or patient formulation, please reach out.
Because patients deserve cannabis grown the way medicine deserves to be grown. We supply only licensed medical importers and distributors in regulated markets — never recreational channels — so material that reaches a patient is traceable, tested, and treated as medicine from cultivation through delivery.
Licensed Australian medical cannabis importers and distributors, plus equivalent licensed bodies in Germany / EU, the United Kingdom (MHRA / Home Office), Israel, and Switzerland. They dispense to patients through prescriptions written by registered medical practitioners. CannaBless does not sell to recreational markets, dispensaries operating outside regulated programmes, or end consumers.
Every standard we hold the network to — cultivation, harvest, packaging — is set with the patient as the implied end user. TH-GACP isn't a finish line — it's the floor we operate above. Every lot ships with full Certificate of Analysis and Certificate of Origin so the importer, dispenser, and prescribing practitioner can answer the same question: this is the standard you'd set for someone you love.
CannaBless is a Thailand-based exporter of medical-grade cannabis flower for licensed importers in Australia, Germany, Israel, and Switzerland. We hold Thai legal export licensing and supply under TH-GACP cultivation standards with full ISO/IEC 17025 Certificate of Analysis on every lot, editorially reviewed by a credentialed clinical reviewer (see /editorial-standards).

Australia is our primary confirmed market. We also serve Germany / EU, the United Kingdom, Israel, and Switzerland — each via the regulator's licensed-importer framework (TGA, BfArM, MHRA / Home Office, IMC, Swissmedic respectively). UK pathway specifics are covered in our editorial brief at /blog/uk-medical-cannabis-import-pathway-2026. CannaBless will not knowingly serve markets where medical-cannabis access is not legally available to patients.
Six independent documents accompany every lot, each part of how we keep the patient-trust chain intact: Thai Legal Export Licence (MOPH / ONCB), Certificate of Origin (Thailand), full ISO/IEC 17025 Certificate of Analysis (cannabinoid profile, terpenes, microbial, pesticides, heavy metals), TH-GACP Certified cultivation, Phytosanitary Certificate, and editorial review by a credentialed clinical reviewer (see /editorial-standards).
TH-GACP is Thailand's national Good Agricultural and Collection Practices standard for medicinal plants, including cannabis. It governs cultivation hygiene, pest management, harvest, drying, storage and traceability — the foundation for export-grade medical cannabis. CannaBless treats it as a baseline, not a ceiling.
Yes. We supply premium Thai dried flower in the standard 10 g tub format used by leading Australian medical cannabis distributors, at kilogram-scale volume, packaging-ready, and consistent across every shipment. Format is standardised because patients receiving the prescribed dose deserve the same lot quality every time.
CannaBless supplies a range of cultivars grown across its TH-GACP-certified farm network — landrace, hybrid, and indica- and sativa-dominant strains. Sample matrix: Thai Landrace (sativa-dominant, THC 18–22%), balanced hybrids (20–24%), indica-dominant (22–26%), and premium sativa (24–28%). Cultivar selection serves the medical formulation, not consumer preference. Every lot ships with a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis.
Approximately 9 days port-to-port (TPE → SYD) under continuous cold-chain conditions (15–18 °C reefer container, humidity logged), followed by bonded warehouse receipt with TGA-aligned documentation. Every link of the chain matters because by the time material reaches a patient, no single weakness can be tolerated.
